In the unlikely event that a genetic issue arises within the first year of your kitten's life, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, whether it be a replacement kitten or partial refund, as specified in our contract. If, within the first 72 hours of receiving your kitten, a licensed veterinarian determines that the kitten has a serious health issue that existed prior to delivery, we will provide a full refund or a replacement kitten, subject to the terms outlined in our contract.
